Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, aligning them with overall business strategy to drive sustainable growth.Business Partnering: Act as a strategic advisor to the Japan GM and senior management, providing insights and decision support across all business functions.Performance Management: Drive financial performance by managing key metrics, such as revenue, operating profit, cash flow, and working capital, with a focus on DSO, DPO, and Capex.Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring robust internal controls and an optimized finance organization structure.Risk & Compliance: Oversee risk mitigation plans, ensuring contractual agreements align with profitability targets and manage financial impacts of high-risk accounts.Collaborative Leadership: Guide and support a high-performing finance team, fostering an environment of accountability and continuous development.Corporate Alignment: Work with APAC CFO to implement corporate strategic initiatives across the Japan region, including finance transformation, process improvement, and IT roadmap alignment.#LI-KN

求められる経験
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration; MBA or relevant certification is preferred.

Experience: 15+ years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role within a global organization, ideally within IT services.

Skills:
Strategic and analytical thinking with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
Expertise in contract negotiation, commercial finance, and business performance metrics.
High adaptability, capable of leading through ambiguity, and managing complex issues.
Hands-on approach with an emphasis on teamwork and building strong cross-functional relationships.
